NOTE ABOUT CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS: 
We conduct business as "Artistry In Glass", however our corporate name is "JOHN'S CUSTOM WOODWORKING". This is the name that will appear on all your credit card statements. Artistry In Glass is a division of John's Custom Woodworking.

PRICING: 
We will endeavour to maintain the prices contained in this price list for as long as possible. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice should we incur any changes in the cost of goods we sell. Please note that price changes may occur even after you have placed an order with us. Should a price increase occur after you have placed an order, your order will be modified to reflect the current pricing, and you will receive an email. All prices quoted are in Canadian Funds. Pricing on web site doesn't include any shipping costs. NOTE: We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed where new pricing will result in too great a loss to us.

DISCOUNTS: 
Most prices indicated in this price list are already our lowest prices. Should you need to order a large quantity of any product, please ask about "Special Pricing" extended in some cases.

MINIMUM ORDER: 
The minimum order you can place through our store is $25.00.

PAYMENT: 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, E Transfer and Pay Pal. No personal cheques or money orders accepted. 

SHIPPING AND FREIGHT: 
Most orders will be shipped within 7-9 business days. Cart will calculate shipping costs using either Canada Post or FedEx's Real Time Shipping Calculations for Domestic and International shipments. Should your order require multiple boxes, we will use FedEx to ship regardless of which shipping option you chose. While every effort has been made to ensure that shipping amounts are as accurate as possible, amounts are subject to change without notice (either up or down) once your package has been packed and weighed and are to be used as estimates only. An adult signature will be required on ALL shipments over $250.00 to help offset the costs of packages being stolen upon delivery and left.  United States orders will shipped via FedEx, or CANADA POST (your choice at check-out). NOTE: US ORDERS OVER $800 WILL INCUR BROKERAGE FEES. THESE FEES WILL BE BILLED DIRECTLY TO YOU BY FEDEX or CANADA POST. Orders containing kilns or other items that need to be shipped via truck will be quoted before processing occurs. Our cart won't be calculating shipping costs on these items. Invoices will no longer be included in shipments as you're able to print off a completed invoice either at the time of purchase, or when you receive your shipping confirmation with final invoice total.

To help further prevent fraud, any order $1000 or more will not be shipped to any address other than the MATCHING billing address of the credit card being used to pay for the order. A signature and ID will also be required to accept order upon delivery. Orders $500 - $1000 will be processed upon our discretion once a fraud check has been done. Orders being paid for with Pay Pal will only be shipped to confirmed addresses.

DAMAGE OR LOSS: 
We make sure all shipments are well insured for the value of the contents (excluding glass). The carrier accepts liability once the package leaves our store. Please check over all shipments when you get them. If you need to file a claim, please contact US FIRST. NOTE: If you happen to receive a defective item in your order (broken etc) we will gladly replace with a future order that is placed with us. Replacements are only done via a future order basis and not shipped out singly UNLESS you wish to pay the extra freight costs.

BACKORDERS: 
We make absolutely no implication expressed or otherwise that all items listed on this website will be available when you order them. Only on certain occasions will we generate a backorder. If we generate a backorder, the backordered item(s) will be sent out with a future order only. Back orders will only be determined and/or generated after our standard processing time of 7-9 business days have passed. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: 
We try our best to ship orders complete, but from time to time, out of stock items do occur. You will NOT be notified about out of stocks, and the order will be shipped as complete as possible. You will receive a store credit or a payment refund depending on original payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we simply do not have time to go back and forth on out of stock items as this creates too much chaos in the shipping and receiving times. "Out of Stocks" will only be indicated on your order after such time as the full processing time frame has occurred and your order has shipped as completely as possible.

RETURNS: 
All returns must have our prior authorization before being shipped back. If it is our error, we will pay the freight both ways (returns must be PREPAID to us and then we will RE-IMBURSE you on the next shipment). If you simply want to return an item, the freight must be paid by you. If a return is generated to us due to an incorrect shipping address on the customer's part, the customer is required to pay both the return shipping fees and then the freight again to have the parcel re-shipped. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE ON CERTAIN RETURNED ITEMS. SERVICE CHARGES INCURRED BY US WILL ALSO BE NON-REFUNDABLE (e.g. FEES FOR PAY PAL TRANSACTIONS, FREIGHT COSTS ETC). Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase regardless. The original receipt must be sent with the item(s) as proof of purchase. Store credits will be issued for returned items paid for via an e-transfer, as well as for refunds as this is our return policy. Orders paid for via credit cards or Pay Pal will be refunded back to that source of payment. ORDERS THAT CUSTOMER'S REQUEST TO BE CANCELLED (DURING ANY PART OF THE PROCESSING TIME) ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL NON-STOCK ITEMS, GLASS (OF ALL KINDS), LEAD, ZINC, BRASS, COPPER CAMES, AND SOME EQUIPMENT ITEMS (LIKE RING SAWS ETC) ARE FINAL SALES AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR CANCELLED ONCE ORDERED. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED IN UNSELLABLE CONDITION YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND WILL NOT BE CREDITED FOR THIS ITEM.

IMAGES ON WEBSITE:
All images on our website are as accurate as possible to aid you in selecting items. However, some images may not accurately reflect the item that you will receive which is beyond our control and there will be no recourse. This may be especially true with sheet glass, coloured rods etc.

TO ORDER: 
In order to serve your better, we ask that all orders be placed on-line at our secured site. This ensures accuracy of orders, and also allows us to always have a hard copy of the order.
