NORTHSTAR FRITS & POWDERS

Northstar frit comes in a full palette of colours. It is glass that has been crushed for use in colouring and decoration. Northstar frits allow you to achieve many effects.
Frits can create textured backgrounds and organic surface patterns. Embedded in a thick mass of clear glass, it shows through on the other side in high detail.

The frit grades are defined as follows:

• “Powder” #100 - is like talcum.
• “Fine” #70 - is like Espresso grounds.
• “Small” #38 - is like kosher raw sugar.
• “Large" #25 - is like Kosher or Pretzel salt.

All frits are packaged in 4oz (113g) jars.
