CLEANING TOOLS

The ultimate tools for cleaning out mandrel release from the bead hole and removing the sharp edges. The kit contains two round, tapering steel rods that are covered in fine diamonds; a large one for average to large beads and a small one for very small bead holes. Also included are a Blunt Angled and a Sharp Angled diamond coated cone shapes for removing the sharp edges at the bead hole. Hint: Use a cordless drill or flex shaft to turn the diamond tools while holding the bead in a bowl of water. All diamond tools are most effective when used with water. Water greatly helps to flush out the hole and prevent the diamond tool from overheating as well as prevent dust. Caution: Do not use AC electric tools in this manner – use only cordless models to avoid electrical shock hazards. Diamond tools will outlast any other bead hole cleaning tool and is therefore more cost and time effective.
