TI-PEN, TITANIUM GLASS WRITING PEN

Ti-Pen™ is the ideal glass signing tool for the lampworker, glass blower or glass jewelry maker. The Ti-Pen™ tool is different from most scribes because it writes by friction of the metal titanium point. Leaving behind a metal deposit in a silver colour on the surface of glass, quartz, ceramics, or vitreous enamels.

USING YOUR TI-PEN

1. It is best to "break in" the Ti-Pen before use. The pen comes with a very sharp point and dulling the point will help make your markings more visible. Use a piece of sand paper or the pavement to help you do this.

2. It is strongly suggested to moisten the surface that you plan to write on, before doing so.

3. You should not have to apply much pressure to see a signature line. If you find that you do, try practicing to wear the tip down more. When practicing, make sure to turn the pen to avoid wearing down only one spot.
