NOTE ABOUT CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS: We conduct business as "Artistry In Glass", however our corporate name is "JOHN'S CUSTOM WOODWORKING". This is the name that will appear on all your credit card statements. Artistry In Glass is a division of John's Custom Woodworking.
PRICING: We will endeavour to maintain the prices contained in this price list for as long as possible. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice should we incur any changes in the cost of goods we sell. Please note that price changes may occur even after you have placed an order with us. Should a price increase occur after you have placed an order, your order will be modified to reflect the current pricing, and you will receive an email. All prices quoted are in Canadian Funds.
DISCOUNTS: Most prices indicated in this price list are already our lowest prices. Should you need to order a large quantity of any product, please ask about "Special Pricing" extended in some cases.
MINIMUM ORDER: The minimum order you can place through our store is $25.00.
PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Pal. No personal cheques or money orders accepted.
SHIPPING AND FREIGHT: Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days if most items are in stock. If we need to order in any items, then shipping will occur usually within 7-9 business days. An accurate shipping cost can be given at time of order if requested. Orders are usually shipped either FedEx or DHL (whichever is cheaper). United States orders will also be shipped via FedEx or DHL (whichever is cheaper). NOTE: US ORDERS OVER $200 WILL INCUR BROKERAGE FEES. THESE FEES WILL BE BILLED DIRECTLY TO YOU BY FEDEX OR DHL. All International orders will now be shipped via a method with a reliable tracking service (either DHL or FedEx). NOTE: We can't ship to PO Boxes. We have no shipping accounts with Canada Post. Our shopping cart won't calculate shipping costs as the products are just too diversified to charge flat rate shipping costs. As mentioned, you can request shipping quotes prior to ordering.
SPECIAL ORDERS: We have access to many more items that are not printed in this catalogue. A good reference book to have on hand is our "BIG BOOK" generic catalogue. This is a reference book of over 11,000 items we can get. Please just ask for pricing on any items that you don't see listed.
DAMAGE OR LOSS: We make sure all shipments are well insured for the value of the contents (excluding glass). The carrier accepts liability once the package leaves our store. Please check over all shipments when you get them. If you need to file a claim, please contact US FIRST.
BACKORDERS: If an item is backordered, it will be noted on your order which you can access at any time by logging into your account on our web site. Any backordered items will need to be reordered with a future order, as we don't keep track of them. Special ordered items that are back ordered on an initial order, will be kept and shipped with a future order.
RETURNS: All returns must have our prior authorization before being shipped back. If it is our error, we will pay the freight both ways (returns must be PREPAID to us and then we will RE-IMBURSE you on the next shipment). If you simply want to return an item, the freight must be paid by you. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON CERTAIN RETURNED ITEMS. SERVICE CHARGES INCURRED BY US WILL ALSO BE NON-REFUNDABLE (e.g. FEES FOR PAY PAL TRANSACTIONS). Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase regardless. The original receipt must be sent with the item(s) as proof of purchase. Please be sure that your method of payment is outlined and the credit card number is shown in case a credit to your account has to be issued.
ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, GLASS, LEAD, ZINC, BRASS, COPPER CAMES, AND SOME EQUIPMENT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED IN UNSELLABLE CONDITION YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND WILL NOT BE CREDITED FOR THIS ITEM.
TO ORDER: We prefer that all orders be placed on-line at our secured site. This ensures accuracy of orders, and also allows us to always have a hard copy of the order.
